Where Does US-Mattress.com Deliver?
We deliver anywhere in the continental 48 states that is road accessible, with the exception of New York. While we do not deliver internationally at this time, we can deliver to your US-based freight forwarder if you have those arrangements in place. Army Post Office (APO), Fleet Post Office (FPO), and Post Office Box addresses are not accepted..

Your Mattress Delivery Options

In-Home Setup & Delivery
Service Level	Delivery is super easy with In-Home White Glove delivery service. The delivery team will bring in and place your new mattress into your bedroom, unpack it and take away the packaging for you. (Delivery is up to 2 flights of stairs. Additional arrangements are subject to charge by the delivery carrier.)
Scheduling Delivery	You will be called to arrange the delivery when your mattress has arrived at the local delivery carrier. Someone must be home to accept delivery.
Timing & Delivery	We deliver anywhere in the continental 48 states that is road accessible, with the exception of California, Connecticut, or Rhode Island or New York. Check your zip code when selecting your delivery option for an estimated delivery date.
Additional Services	Mattress removal is available for an additional fee when you select your delivery option online. For your added convenience, these other options are available for a nominal fee by phone only at 1-800-455-1052: • Evening delivery • Weekend or holiday delivery

Front Door Delivery
Timing & Delivery	We ship anywhere in the continental 48 states that is road accessible, with the exception of New York. Check your zip code when selecting your delivery option for an estimated delivery date.
Service Level	Your mattress will be delivered to your front door. (For apartments, delivery is to the front door of the building.)
Furniture & Bedding	Furniture ordered at the same time will ship separately. If you would like us to wait until all the items on your order are ready to ship, please call us at time of order and we can arrange one delivery. Bedding ships separately via UPS.

Standard Delivery
Details	Free shipping on all pillows, sheets and bedding!
Timing & Delivery	Some products ship directly to you from our manufacturers via Fed Ex or UPS ground, so you should expect delivery in about 5 to 10 business days. Please check individual product pages for specific shipping times.
Custom Merchandise	Some custom made-to-order bedding will arrive in about 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the manufacturer. Please check individual product pages for specific shipping times.

Get it Fast
Details	Free on all Specially Marked Bedding.
Delivery	Your bedding order will be sent to you via Fed Ex or UPS ground.
Timing	Items marked "Get it Fast" are stocked in our warehouse and ship within 24 hours of placing your order. You will receive delivery in 3 to 7 business days.
